Janine has worked in the mental health field supporting clients with anxiety diagnoses for over 10 years. She uses a strengths-based model that pulls from CBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP. Janine has also worked as a clinical supervisor to practicum students, pre- and post-licensure clinicians and has developed and presented trainings on clinical topics.
