Applying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (On Demand) | 3.5 CE Credits

This on-demand training program is designed to equip clinicians with the tools and skills needed to effectively apply Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in individual therapy sessions. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the core principles of ACT, including acceptance, cognitive defusion, mindfulness, self-as-context, values clarification, and committed action. The course will guide clinicians through the process of taking these concepts from initial conceptualization to real-world clinical implementation, providing actionable strategies to integrate ACT techniques into their practice. The training utilizes numerous case examples and practice exercises to enhance learning and application. This training is suitable for clinicians at all levels of experience, from those new to ACT to those with a more intermediate understanding of the approach.
