Brianna Sweet, MSW, LSW
Therapist
After many years supporting individuals with learning differences, ADHD, and mental health challenges in schools, I am excited to apply that experience to more personalized work with clients in private practice.
I have a calm and grounding approach that helps clients feel safe, build confidence, and take meaningful steps outside their comfort zone. My goal as a therapist is to create a supportive space where my clients can gain clarity, discover their strengths, and feel empowered in their growth. I also bring a sense of humor and playfulness to my sessions, reminding my clients that it’s perfectly okay to be human as we navigate life’s ups and downs together!
While I welcome clients of all ages, I am especially passionate about helping young children and their families as they learn to understand and regulate big emotions. I also love working with young adults managing major life transitions, as well as women going through the challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Additionally, I work with individuals managing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities in my work with clients, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Motivational Interviewing
Narrative Therapy
Play Therapy
Strengths-Based Therapy
Trauma-Informed Therapy
