I place great importance on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals while feeling heard, supported, and empowered. My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, humor, and cultural humility. My deep understanding and insight into mental health allow me to form genuine, meaningful connections with my clients.
