Samantha Huston
MS, LCPC
Director of ERP/OCD Services
I work with people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt. This may look like worry that feels hard to control, stress in relationships, pressure at school or work, or feeling off-balance during life transitions. I help clients understand these patterns and build practical skills so they can feel more confident, grounded, and connected to what matters most to them.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Many of the people I support are navigating academic or career anxiety, social anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, or the sense that their mind is always working overtime. I also have advanced training in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related anxiety patterns.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, curious, and realistic. Together, we’ll explore how your mind works, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and practice new ways of responding that support flexibility and long-term change. Therapy doesn’t need to feel intimidating to be effective, and there is always room for humor along the way.
