MORGAN GRAY, MSW, LCSW, DIRECTOR OF RELATIONAL PROGRAMMING
I have clinical experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and interactive. What I value about being a therapist is the opportunity to be a part of each client’s journey toward creating a deeper understanding of themselves and forming an empowerment mindset. I use a strengths-based, client-centered, integrative approach in my practice, which allows clients to discover their strengths while working to achieve self-determined goals. I strive to create an environment free of judgment, and showing unconditional positive regard and acceptance to all of my clients. Engaging in therapy can feel intimidating. This is why I take a collaborative approach, allowing you to set the pace of our work together.
I have experience working with individuals struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and low-self esteem. The work I do with many clients also includes exploring gender and sexuality, romantic relationships, work-life balance, and life transitions. As a queer-identified therapist I am passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. My specialized training includes working with LGBTQ+ individuals in navigating the coming out process and healing internalized homophobia.
In my practice, I draw from a number of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including:
- Strength-Based Therapy
- Person-Centered Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Solution Focused Therapy
- Relational Therapy
- Mindfulness-Based Therapy
