Anna Bonder, MA, LPC, MT-BC
Therapist
I am so glad you are here and taking the step to begin therapy! Starting therapy can feel intimidating at first, and I hope to make the process feel supportive and comfortable. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and safe exploring life’s challenges.
I have experience working with diverse clients across a variety of settings and value creating an inclusive, affirming space where people feel safe being themselves. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional regulation challenges. I also work well with LGBTQIA+ clients and provide an accepting and supportive space to explore identity and lived experiences.
With a background in both counseling and music therapy, I bring creativity and flexibility into my clinical work and am comfortable incorporating expressive and experiential interventions when appropriate. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and I especially enjoy supporting kids and teens through emotional, social, and developmental challenges. At the same time, I value working with clients across the lifespan and appreciate the unique experiences each individual brings into the therapy space. Above all, I am committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and helping clients feel more confident, balanced, and connected in their everyday lives.
