Therapist

I am passionate about helping clients of all ages navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where your unique qualities and strengths are celebrated. I take a personalized, relational, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change. No matter who you are or what you bring into the therapeutic space, I strive to provide an affirming and compassionate environment where you feel seen and supported.

I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families navigating a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD and complex anxiety, ADHD and executive functioning differences, trauma, autism, life transitions, relationship challenges, and family stressors.

While I work with a variety of ages and needs, I have extensive experience supporting children and their families with specialized training in parent coaching, child development, and play-based approaches such as Theraplay, Sandtray Therapy, and DIR/Floortime. My background as a special education teacher and developmental therapist has provided me with experience supporting children with developmental differences, neurodivergence, disabilities, learning differences, and navigating IEPs, IFSPs, and school transitions.

Additionally, I specialize in supporting women’s mental health across the lifespan, helping women navigate concerns related to executive functioning, family planning, infertility, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, pregnancy and postpartum experiences, identity shifts, caregiving stress, and transitions related to perimenopause and menopause. As a mom myself, alongside my therapeutic background and professional experience supporting children and families, I especially enjoy supporting mothers through the many transitions, challenges, and meaningful moments that come with parenting and caring for others while also caring for themselves.

I also specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma and difficult life experiences, including childhood experiences, attachment wounds, relational trauma, and complex trauma. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe exploring patterns, relationships, and experiences while building resilience and moving toward meaningful change.

Because there is not a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, I focus on tailoring my approach to best meet your needs, integrating a variety of evidence-based approaches including:

• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

• Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)

• Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed approaches

• Trauma-Focused CBT

• Trauma-Informed Therapy

• Attachment-Based Therapy

• Family Systems Therapy

• Mindfulness-Based Approaches

• Strengths-Based Therapy

• Narrative Therapy

• DIR/Floortime
