Ellie Pochyly, MSW, LSW
Therapist
Hi, I’m Ellie, and I’m really glad you’re here! I’m a Licensed Social Worker who believes deeply in the power of connection, curiosity, and compassion. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and collaborative space where people feel safe enough to show up as themselves.
My approach blends a calming, grounded presence with holistic practices and body‑based awareness to facilitate regulation and engagement. I use creative expression as a healing tool, inviting clients to explore their inner world and reconnect with themselves in a way that honors both mind and body. I know this process is fluid, and we’ll uncover practical steps forward that align with your own rhythm and pace. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent children and adults in ways that affirm their unique strengths and lived experiences.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, life transitions, or simply seeking a space where you can feel understood, I’m here to walk alongside you. My hope is that our work helps you grow a kinder relationship with yourself, one that steadies you as you move through the world.
My integrative clinical approach includes use of the following evidence-based practices:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Trauma-Informed Therapy
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Somatic Experiencing
Motivational Interviewing
Strengths-Based Approach
