My name is Ress and my goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you as we navigate this journey together, pulling a chuckle or two out of you along the way. I personally believe smiles and laughter to be powerful tools to use in therapy.

We all have stories and it would be an absolute honor to listen to yours; the happy, the sad, the angry, the mundane— and everything in between to find out where you’ve been and where you’d like to go next. I believe that as the client you are the expert of your life and I am here to provide you with the support and tools that you need in order to make positive, sustainable changes to propel you forward.

My clinical style involves a person centered, strength’s based approach as a means to empower my clients to recall past moments of resiliency and fortitude in order to bring that same confidence to the here and now. I incorporate humor, empathy, and self compassion in tandem with my passion for serving others to provide a safe, warm space for clients to learn more about themselves and make contact with their values, passions, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions.

While I support clients across the lifespan I have a particular passion for supporting adolescents and adults seeking relief from generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self worth & esteem, OCD, life challenges, and major life changes.

I utilize a blend of the following clinical modalities:

Additionally, I am deeply dedicated towards providing mental health services for those belonging to the LGBTQIA+ community, BIPOC individuals, and other marginalized populations, drawing upon my own personal experiences as well as past work with these communities.
