Bailey Marcotte, MA, LPC
Therapist
I value providing a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I strive to meet each person where they are while honoring their unique experiences, values, and goals.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), stress, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. My clinical experience has allowed me to support clients through a wide range of concerns while helping them build resilience, confidence, and effective coping skills. I take an integrative and holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that emotional well-being is influenced by many interconnected aspects of life, including relationships, family dynamics, physical health, culture, identity, and daily routines. My goal is to help clients gain insight, strengthen their sense of self, and create meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as an educator, partnering closely with children and families and supporting students' social-emotional development. This experience deepened my understanding of child and adolescent development and family systems. My background in both education and mental health allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my work with clients across the lifespan.
