Hi, I am so glad you’re here! I am a passionate, empathetic, and collaborative therapist with experience working with individuals of all ages, from young children to older adults. Regardless of the thoughts you might be struggling with, troubles life might be throwing at you, or transitions you might be facing, I would be honored to meet you exactly where you are at. I work hard to create a therapeutic space that is accepting of all people and promotes cultural humility regardless of age, gender, sexual identity, or race. In working with individuals to reach their therapeutic goals, I utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based, holistic, and strength-based approaches throughout sessions. Ultimately, I recognize the therapy space as one that allows for you to be honored as the expert of your own experience, your voice being heard and valued throughout the collaboration.
The root of my experience lies in community mental health agencies throughout the Chicagoland area.
