I believe everyone can benefit from a safe space to truly express yourself, honor your feelings, and cultivate insight about your needs. As a client-centered therapist, I trust you as the expert on your individual experience and honor this through the therapeutic alliance. In the therapeutic relationship, we work to alleviate pain through practicing acceptance, cultivating awareness to your current values, and aligning your actions within this values system.

I use empathy, respect, humor and active listening to cultivate a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space. My upbeat personality allows me to empower and collaborate with clients to shift their perspectives and find actionable solutions to their current challenges. I have experience working in individual, group, inpatient, and outpatient settings, providing therapy, case management and crisis intervention to clients across the lifespan. In addition to mood and anxiety disorders I have experience working with individuals with co-morbid conditions, OCD, life transitions, grief and loss, executive functioning building, and self esteem issues.

I am especially passionate about Women’s Health and have extensive training in Perinatal Mental Health. I provide a validating and supportive space to those looking to explore the dilemma between parenthood or childfree lives, the transition to parenthood, and navigating infertility, loss or other health challenges associated with these transitions.
