Therapist
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you toward where you want to be. I believe real change happens through honest, human connection—so you're invited to show up exactly as you are. No need to filter or perform. I’ll meet you with the same openness.
I’m a cisgender, queer white woman and licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience in a variety of settings. I bring cultural humility and an awareness of my own privilege into the room, creating space that honors your lived experience, identity, and values.
I show up to therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a bit of humor. My style is collaborative, relational, and rooted in feminist and trauma-informed practices. I’m not here to “fix” you—I’m here to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and feel more aligned in your life.
I work with folks navigating anxiety, mood disorders, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship or identity challenges. I’m especially passionate about supporting people exploring gender and sexuality, body image and body neutrality, OCD, dating and relationships, and first-gen experiences. I also love working with artists and musicians who are feeling stuck creatively or emotionally.
