Therapist
Hi, I’m really glad you’re here. My approach to therapy is about meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you move toward where you want to be. I believe meaningful change comes from honest, human connection, so you’re invited to show up as you are- no filtering or performing required.
I’m a cisgender, queer licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience across a variety of settings. As a daughter of immigrants, I bring an awareness of how culture, family, and unspoken expectations shape who we are and how we relate to others. I strive to create a space that honors your experience, values, and sense of self. I am also LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome clients of all identities.
In therapy, I bring empathy, curiosity, and a bit of humor, along with directness when it’s needed. My style is collaborative and practical, grounded in feminist and trauma-informed care. I’m not here to fix you, but to help you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and feel more aligned- both within yourself and in your relationships. I offer EMDR therapy, which can be used on its own or integrated with other approaches, depending on what best supports your needs.
I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, self-image and body concerns, and relationship challenges- both romantic and platonic. Much of my work focuses on attachment patterns and relational dynamics, as well as work burnout, life transitions, OCD, identity exploration, and first-generation experiences. I’m especially passionate about helping clients build stronger relationships, feel more grounded in their bodies, and move through anxiety with greater self-trust. I also enjoy supporting artists and musicians who feel creatively or emotionally stuck.
