Therapist

I have always been drawn to the power of empathy, and as a therapist, I make it a priority to incorporate this value into my work. By understanding and empathizing with my clients, I aim to create a strong therapeutic relationship that promotes growth and transformation. I understand that each individual has a unique story, and I am committed to listening with compassion and without judgment.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent children and teens, as well as individuals experiencing depression and anxiety. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I strive to help my clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I use evidence-based methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, to empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while working toward long-term healing and growth. Together, we identify stressors, develop positive coping skills, increase self-awareness, and recognize and celebrate strengths.

My experience includes providing therapy to clients across the lifespan, from neurodivergent children in outpatient settings to adolescents, adults, and older adults in hospital environments. I have worked with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, trauma histories, and life experiences. As a clinician, it is important to meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs.
